About Me

About Me

Over two-thirds of professionals are experiencing burnout symptoms (Gallup, 2019).

Isn’t that crazy?

You know what’s crazier? On a quick google search, you will find (literally) 700 million entries on time management and self-care.

What is missing in these strategies is that they don't address WHY you are getting (and staying) in the busy-ness and burnout cycle.

This is why I do what I do, helping leaders and teams foster performance by getting out of the busy cycle altogether.

Oh Hi! I'm Geneviève (call me Gen).
