My biggest takeaway is the personal realization that I don't like asking for help. The small group activity where we were supposed to have a situation that required a solution made me feel uncomfortable in a way I didn't anticipate. There are certainly areas of my life that require solutions and problem solving, but I felt very reluctant to share any of them. I think I'm a very independent person who thinks they need to have everything figured out, which is not always beneficial in a team setting.
